Bei einem zweitägigen Strategieseminar in Kloten besprach die Familie Brändli Ausrichtung und Strategie der poesia® in der näheren Zukunft.

In der Schweiz ist poesia® bestens etabliert und die Nummer eins für Dichtungslösungen bei Ersatz- und Nachrüstdichtungen. Beim Personal, den Produkten und der Infrastruktur setzt das Unternehmen alles daran, um das bisherige Level beizubehalten und weiter darauf aufzubauen, um auch in Zukunft erfolgreich am Markt zu bestehen.

Review of the maintenance Switzerland trade fair

The trade fair maintenance Switzerland took place on 17 and 18 November 2021 in Zurich. poesia® was already present for the eighth time.

At the poesia® stand, the visitors signalled their great interest especially in the products from the areas of drinking water approval according to KTW (plastic drinking water), inflatable seals "InflaSeal®" and track groove profiles in rail construction. poesia® profiles and seals are mainly used for replacement and maintenance.

Participation in the trade fair maintenance Switzerland

More and more, the areas of classic and digitalised maintenance, solutions for water and gas as well as pumps and fittings are intertwining. This is one reason for poesia® to take part in the trade fair for the eighth time on 17 and 18 November 2021 in Zurich.

Visitors to the fair will benefit from unique synergies between the three trade fairs AQUA Suisse, PUMPS & VALVES and Maintenance Switzerland. They can find out about contemporary solutions, further developments and trends from around 80 exhibitors.

150 different seals for shower enclosures

poesia® offers a huge assortment with about 150 different seals for shower enclosures and shower doors of the most popular brands.

The high-quality plastic seals provide an optimal seal for the shower enclosure door and thus prevent water from leaking out. The seals are water-resistant and adhere perfectly to the glass door. Old seals can be replaced without much effort.

Assembly of the seals according to customer requirements

poesia® manufactures new seals for the replacement of old and defective seals on older properties according to the customer's specifications. The warehouse in Unterkulm has over 5,000 different types of seals.

The innovative company produces and assembles seals made of a wide variety of materials such as silicone, TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) and EPDM (ethylene-propylene-dien rubbers) for doors and windows. In most cases, the poesia®seals areused in the retrofit area in older windows and doors.

New natural meadow fits the sustainable way of thinking

Environmentally conscious and sustainable thinking and acting are two central pillars of poesia®business philosophy. Soon the previously unused area becomes a lush, green meadow.

The newly used area has been part of the industrial land of poesia® for years.  Now the company breathes fresh lifeinto the approximately 1'000 m2 large  plot.

Drinking water hose

With the certified hoses "PU AQUA", poesia ® expands its range and ensures that drinking water and water can be transported safely for various other applications.
 
Water is a precious commodity and requires the utmost care when supplying. The flat-rolled hoses, which are certified according to the KTW standard, are easy to handle and can be used for the transport of drinking water: e.B. for filling water tanks, feeding into waterworks or emergency and disaster supplies. Or in the event industry for festivals and festivals. And when a house is on fire and fire water is needed, the hoses are used as fire hoses in conjunction with stainless steel couplings.

Just don't pull and tug on the rubber

What has been done with the windows for many years without any problems, does not seem to have arrived at many doors yet. There is always a sealing problem that shouldn't exist at all.
 
Anyone who has ever lived in an old house with doors without seals knows that this can be unpleasant. Apart from the fact that cold air trains and smells can get through, you understand almost every word that is spoken in the room when you are standing at the door. This is also what it is all about when a seal is mounted. For example, a fire-proof door must be smoke-proof. This not only brings something in case of fire, but also does not allow any other draught.
