The poesia group at the Swiss Plastics Expo in Lucerne

The "Swiss Plastic Expo" trade fair will take place from January 21 - 23, 2020 and is the place where visitors can be inspired and bring their know-how up to date.

The “Swiss Plastic Expo”, the first industry highlight of the new year, will take place in January. The poesia group also takes part in this important event again and presents its products and innovations with specific application examples as part of the so-called showcases (Hall 2 / Stand E2136).

Seals and molded parts
Poesia holding puts its silicone seals, its injection molded parts and TPE profiles (thermoplastic elastomers) in the focus of its booth. In large-scale photos, she also shows pictures of her modern LSR injection molding system and her powerful extruder. Visitors can marvel at the product examples in various showcases.

Products for a wide variety of industries
If the customer needs special seals and molded parts, they are developed by poesia in cooperation with the customer from the idea to the finished product. As a result, they meet the agreed needs and requirements perfectly and the standards of the individual industries are adhered to as specified: fire protection, railway standard (EN45545), food (FDA or BfR) or drinking water (KTW). Existing seals and profiles - even as small quantities - can be conveniently called up from the extensive poesia warehouse in a short time. Several ordering options such as telephone, website and app are available for this.

Products are manufactured in an energy-conscious manner
The poesia group produces its innovative products under the “swiss made” label in Unterkulm near Aarau and supplies customers who depend on the highest quality. The company produces environmentally conscious and sustainable. Among other things, poesia uses raw materials that ensure that the products manufactured with it can be recycled at the end of their life cycle. The poesia group also takes responsibility for the environment when it comes to energy generation. Thanks to its own PVA (solar / photovoltaic system), with an area of 1,159 m2, it has been producing around 50% of its electricity requirements itself since November 2019. This system is one of the largest in the Wynental.
