In order to meet diverse customer requirements, stuck ag’s long-standing employees use various methods:

Corner bonding

Skilled employees manually produce beautiful and precisely lengthened sealing frames by means of corner bonding according to your specifications. Various elastomer and silicone profiles are bonded.

Welding

Quick and semi-automated welding makes inexpensive sealing frames with flawless corner connections possible. TPE material is used for welding.

Splicing

With splicing, a clean corner connection is created by heating an elastomer film. With this new process, we offer our customers the latest technology.

Vulcanising

The highest quality is achieved with state-of-the-art machinery. Vulcanisation makes complex connections possible. Materials such as EPDM, NBR, silicone etc. are vulcanised.

Toolmaking

The company largely plans and manufactures the required tools itself in its own workshop.
