To accommodate our steady growth and future needs, we will be expanding our office building starting in August 2025. As part of this major construction project, the existing building will be extended upwards with three additional floors using modern timber construction. The goal is to create modern workspaces for our teams – and to reaffirm our commitment to this location.

What exactly will happen?

Beginning in late summer, the building will be gradually expanded in multiple phases – starting with site setup, followed by preparatory and structural work, and culminating in the final installation of the new levels in December.

We’ve deliberately chosen sustainable timber construction to reduce both the construction period and the environmental impact. The completed extension will not only provide additional space, but also set a strong architectural and energy-efficient standard.

Construction Schedule Overview

Traffic and Parking During Construction

Due to construction setup and operations, parking availability will be affected:

Visitor Parking:
6 visitor spaces are available on the loading area (across from the main building). 

Further available Parking:

• South-side parking between Building 1 and Building 2

• Gravel lot parking in the direction of Wyna

Not Available:

• Front and north-side parking around the office building

• Side parking near the main entrance

Access and Internal Use During Construction

• The main entrance remains open, but access is limited to the mk office.

• Noise levels will increase during structural and assembly phases.

• Internal detours and restricted areas will be clearly marked.
