The poesia group offers apprenticeships in various professions in Unterkulm year after year.

Solid vocational training is the be-all and end-all of any successful career. In order to learn the chosen profession from scratch, young people need a reputable and trustworthy training company. The poesia-group has not only earned an excellent reputation as a competent manufacturer of plastic seals and profiles, but also as an interesting training company.

For years, the company has been training young people in the professions of commercial apprentice, plastics technician, plastics processor and polymechanic. Already during the trial apprenticeship, the interested parties are comprehensively looked after and informed. If an apprenticeship is subsequently offered, the trainees receive a sound education. The well-organised family business with its flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes offers an optimal environment for apprentices who want to get ahead.

In the professions of plastics technologist and plastics processor, the poesia group is the ideal training company. Here they gain the knowledge of how plastic products are manufactured from granulate to the finished extruded product.

The polymechanics learn how to manufacture injection moulds for plastic extrusion. They are also trained to maintain the machinery. In addition, they do basic work such as milling, welding and grinding metal parts.

The commercial apprentices pass through the administration, sales, accounting and marketing departments during their training. They also spend some time working in production to get to know the material from the ground up.

The apprentices benefit from expert supervision in all departments. The apprentices in the technical professions also have access to the in-house apprentice workshop "Next Gen". Here they can train at the workbench. The poesia group also attaches great importance to occupational safety. It provides its employees with SUVA-compliant work clothes.

The poesia group employs 70 people including 4 apprentices. It is active at the main site in Unterkulm as well as at the external sites in Hochdorf and Urdorf. It produces plastic seals for applications in the construction, engineering, transport and food industries.
