In March 2020, the poesia group took over herzog dichtungen ag as part of a succession plan. Since then, the integration has taken place step by step. Another milestone has now been reached with the programming of the webshop.

herzog dichtungen ag offers more than 3,000 products. It includes commercial products such as O-rings, X-rings, V-rings, fabric rings, grooved rings, radial and axial shaft seals, hoses, guide bands, multi-channel nozzles or sleeve sets. Moulded rubber parts are a useful addition to the range.

Customers from the food, pharmaceutical, water and waste water or mechanical and plant engineering sectors rely on these tried and tested, reliable quality products.

New online ordering option
Up to now, customers from Switzerland and abroad have been able to place their orders through conventional channels. From now on, this is also possible via the new online shop: shop.herzog-dichtungen.ch. The shop has been programmed in German, French and English and contains over 3,000 seals. Customers also have the option of picking up the ordered goods directly at the poesia group headquarters in Unterkulm or Urdorf.

For larger corporate customers, an admin user with a main ID as well as sub-admins can be set up.

Payment options include credit and debit cards and TWINT. Corporate customers can also order goods against invoice. Private customers who do not wish to pay by card will be supplied after payment in advance has been made.

Exactly what the poesia group had in mind
The online shop shop.herzog-dichtungen.ch is an in-house development of the poesia group together with the company AS Informatik. The project was launched in September 2021. Intensive workshops with the programmers followed to develop and implement the project step by step.

High flexibility
Thanks to its know-how and infrastructure, the poesia group is able to advise B2B and B2C customers competently and quickly and to deliver within 24 hours. Orders can be placed for as little as one piece or one metre.

The poesia group employs over 60 people, including three apprentices. It operates at its main site in Unterkulm and at external sites in Hochdorf and Urdorf. It produces seals made of TPE and silicone for applications in the construction, engineering, transport and food industries.
